the room was so big! i got a double room and it was really spacious. plus, the location rocks because it's super close to everything i needed! the staff was awesome, they helped me out with directions.
the tv in the room wasn't working, bummer!

the location was fantastic. i found it very easy to walk to the arena. there were shops nearby. my room had a sizable window, and i thought that was very nice.

the location was central to everything. the super nice team with directions. i had a fabulous big room that included a huge bay window facing the theatre. late return access was simple and convenient.
Street noise from nearby clubs was noticeable late into the night. Earplugs are a must.

the hotel is near many pubs and eating places. access to public transportation is easily available. the arena is within walking distance. the main art galleries are only ten minutes away.

charming stay in a central location
comfortable bedselection of ginsexcellent staff
i really liked my bay window just above the hotel sign.. i bought my watercolors for painting buildings with different eras. i especially liked the selection of gins behind the bar. the staff were all excellent.

My allocated room lacked basic amenities. There was no television, and the shower produced only a weak stream of water. The mattress was severely lumpy, a significant oversight for a hotel.
